A stainless steel pressure gauge is composed of a measuring system (including stainless steel joints, spring tubes, gear transmission mechanisms), an indicator part (including pointers and dial plates), and a case part. The measurement system is all made of stainless steel parts, with good corrosion resistance.
The working principle of stainless steel pressure gauges is based on the deformation of the elastic element - spring tube. The measured medium enters the spring tube through the joint, causing displacement at the end of the spring tube. This displacement is transmitted and amplified by the connecting rod through the transmission mechanism, causing the pointer to indicate the pressure of the measured medium on the dial.
When using stainless steel pressure gauges, these should be noted:
Stainless steel pressure gauges should be used in environments where the ambient temperature is -40 ℃ -+70 ℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and the vibration or rapid pulsation of the measured medium has no impact on contact and accurate signal reading. After setting and connecting, carefully check the electrical circuit and perform a trial operation.
When adjusting the given value of a stainless steel pressure gauge, it is necessary to use a slotted screw driver. When measuring static loads, it can be used up to 3/4 of the upper measurement limit, when measuring alternating loads, it can be used up to 2/3 of the upper measurement limit, and for instantaneous measurements, it can be used up to the upper measurement limit value.
